Mr Di Franco’s Process; from A to B Explained
Following receiving an instruction from a solicitor, Mr Di Franco will provide his estimate fee base on the work required for his expert services which will begin a step-by-step process.
Once fees have been agreed and Mr Di Franco’s Terms and Conditions have been signed by the Solicitor or Agency, Mr Di Franco’s Secretary will arrange a medicolegal appointment to be made with your Claimant and for all Notes and Records to sent and ready for Mr Di Franco’s review. Your Client will received all relevant documentary which may contain questionnaires if Mr Di Franco feels they are needed.
All this most be in place and received prior to the medicolegal appointment.
Mr Di Franco will not carry out a complete physical medical examination of your client, if one was required. If for any reason the examination is not or cannot be included, the instructing Solicitor will be contacted.
Following all of the above; instruction, receipt and review of documents and the medicolegal appointment (where and if required), Mr Di Franco will draft and finalise his full medicolegal report and submit the medicolegal report to the instructing Solicitor or Agency for the Court within the agreed time frame.
Mr Di Franco’s Fees and Rates
All fees vary depending on the amount of work that is required and payment terms. All fees are subject to VAT. Mr Di Franco’s fees are not subject to assessment or taxation by the Court and are not dependent upon the successful outcome of the case. All fees are due on submission of the report and should be paid within 28 days of the invoice.
